Rise Collective Discipleship Program

Rise Collective Discipleship Program

  • The Rise Collective House is a residential discipleship program in Manhattan for a small group of women in their early twenties who are seeking to follow Jesus and see His Kingdom built in New York City.

  • The RC Home cultivates a tight-knit community centered around rhythms of prayer, work, worship and service for the purpose of spiritual formation into the image of Jesus. Through a year-long immersive discipleship living program, women will create rhythms for spiritual growth and flourishing as they pursue unity and seek following Jesus and his Word in community. During their time in the RC House the women will also connect and learn from local pastors and leaders in the church, receive theological training, serve and live on mission in the city, and connect with mentors who follow Jesus in their prospective career paths.

  • An increase in faith and obedience to Jesus leading to a growth in love for God and others and a desire to participate where God is moving in their lives and through their unique calling.

  • This home is created to prepare women with distinct callings in industries such as entertainment, arts business, fashion, finance, and more as they live in unity, stay rooted in God's Word and practice rising up for the glory of God.

  • We believe that women in their early twenties are in a formative transition season that will set the trajectory for their lives and careers in New York City. Between finances, young career aspirations, constant temptations, and the grit of living in a city with 8.4 million other people, the city is a tough place to thrive in your early twenties. The prohibitive nature of housing costs and networking for some women prevent them from being able to connect to Christian community in a meaningful and holistic way. This house will help each woman individually establish roots in the truth of God’s Word while surrounding them with a strong Christian community, in an effort to bring them into greater understanding of the love God has for them and for this city.
